Today I had a productive meeting with Aberdeen City Council regarding the impact on private homeowners of the planned demolition of RAAC-affected homes.


We discussed a range of issues including options available for disposing of properties, seeking legal advice, and engagement with council officers.


I was reassured officers are committed to giving as much certainty as possible to homeowners as they consider their future housing needs.
